All checking fixtures and gauges are NAMAS/UKAS calibrated. BS EN 9002 approval was gained in 1994 Re-Cerified to ISO9001:2000 in 2003 Supply Chain Management SQA disciplines are in place, and regular quality reports are discussed with Genex UK suppliers to ensure that consistently high standards of performance are maintained. The Company constantly reviews procurement strategies so that the Genex UK supply chain maintains its globally competitive position. Reports from customers demonstrate that Genex UK routinely achieves 100% of allocated delivery times. Genex UK operate Kanban supply methods for a number of customers. Planned maintenance using in-house tool room facilities ensures that risk of process failure and consequent supplies disruption is avoided.

		Here at Genex UK we also pride our selfs on our timely deliveries. We currently own a Mercedes Sprinter pick up, capable or carrying load ups to 1.3 tons covering most of our deliveries. In no way do we restrict the distance of our delivery range, with some deliveries reaching out as far as Europe, we still strive to make sure deliveries are correct and on time! One of the options we offer to our customers is 'Kanban'. This means parts can be on the shelf ready for when you need them! With closely monitored scheduling and the introduction of our computer managed production system, part production is supervised on a real time basis, ensuring parts will be ready to make that delivery on time.
