Genex UK utilises the power of mechanical presses to form its products. With weights ranging from 20 – 100 tons most pressings are not a problem. Some of the makes of presses include:

• Seyi
• Pressix
• Rhodes
• HME

A number of the presses have material feeders attached for progression work including the Rhodes press. With its large bed, a leveller has also been fitted to aid its use.

In addition to press work Genex UK also offers a welding service. Genex UK currently have the means of;

• MIG Welding
• Spot Welding
• Projection Welding

To help speed up the welding process Genex UK has also installed a Fanuc 6 axis robotic welding cell.
