Our team follows strict assembly procedures supported by quality controls such as poka-yoke fixtures and smart assembly stations that verify required parts, perform inspections, and record all data for complete traceability from raw material through to final product. This traceability allows feedback or investigation using nothing more than a delivery note number.
Product testing is carried out on dedicated test beds or integrated test stations, confirming functionality and reliability before dispatch. Each item can be clearly marked with a pass label to show it has been tested and approved.
