Making use of gauges and fixtures which are all NAMAS/UKAS calibrated, we include the work force into our quality team and make quality a priority for every employee.

We keep our high levels of quality by making use of SPC and FMEA’s. Also we offer the option of PPAP submission to level III.

Recently the in-house Co-ordinate Measuring Machine has had an upgrade including a new control unit, new renshaw indexable head and also new up-to-date software. Genex has already felt the benefits of the upgrade with reduced inspection times and increased productivity.
